Hello Folks,
After 25 days in the hospital, Bob finally went home today!!! He'll contact his chemo doctor tomorrow and move on from there!
Please recall the missive we wrote a few days ago about limited visitors. He is still very tired and very weak and we need to keep him healthy for the treatments that start soon. Feel free to check the 2nd update from Monday, Feb. 23rd for this information.
Again, our many thanks for your kind support through these difficult times. Hopefully, we'll get him up to A.B. Miller sometime in the next week or so that he may personally thank you and say hello.

Yippee!! nice to leave the gourmet dining at Chez Kaiser. And, of course, if you tipped the MaƮtre d', you had seating for one in the little room. We are all glad you are back home. Bill and Kay and all of the gang at Miller Masonry!!
ReplyDeleteHI Bob, this is your favorite cousin from the east coast....Nancy!!! Finally got into your blog. We are so glad to here you are home. I am thinking about you every day and talking to gram to get everyone together and watch over you to keep you strong and get you healthy. We love you so much!! We have been very busy these day, remember when your girls were teenagers? Well, Tim and I are there now and life is full of challenges. Rachael who is
ReplyDeleteturning 16 in about 24 days, spends more time thinking about boys than her school work. Liz, who is 12, is totally into her school, is our only athlete, loves basketball and field hockey. She is very organized and there are
days when I tell her she will be taking care of her sister someday. God help us!!! I just realized today Tim is turning 50 this year ( December 22) and Rachael will be 16 in March. Couple of milestones. I, on the other hand, turned 50 last year and am constantly reminded of it. Do you and Shelly remember taking me water skiing on the Colorado river ( 1977) when I was 17? I can still feel the bruises. I could not get my butt out of the water. Once up though, It was absolutely awesome! Remember the watermelon punch....the best and good times!! Well, i miss you all and wish we were closer so i could visit you, bug you some, and see the rest of my family in CA. Love you all so much !! Nancy, Tim, Rachael and Liz
