Bob will undergo more surgery at 8 p.m. Tuesday night to remove necrotic (dead) tissue from his groin area. This appears to be the source of his recent groin infections. He remains hospitalized and will be in for at least a couple of more days. As of now, there are no new plans for chemo nor is surgery for the tumors an option until the infections clear up, and we still don't know whether or not surgery will be a viable option at that time.
Once again, it's time for your mighty prayers and faith. Although Bob's spirits remain high, he has been through a lot and it is wearing on him.
Thanks to all of you whom have sent have sent through words of encouragement. We try to pass them on to him everyday.
